Our client is hiring an Area Outside Sales Representative to join their high-performing team, selling industry-leading fuel purchasing solutions in your assigned territory. This is a high-impact, hunter-style sales role designed for professionals who know how to open doors, build trust fast, and close smart.

  • What You’ll Do:
  • Leverage phone, cold calls, email, and LinkedIn to generate leads and set quality appointments
  • Run effective discovery meetings to understand customer goals, pain points, and operations
  • Deliver compelling, solutions-based presentations to help clients save time and money
  • Guide clients through onboarding, ensuring a smooth handoff and strong start
  • Maintain a strong pipeline, manage your time and territory like a true business owner
  • Use CRM tools to track activity, pipeline, and performance accurately
  • Stay sharp—engage in ongoing sales training, coaching, and personal development

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of proven B2B sales success—bonus if it’s in Uniform, JanSan, Printing, Payroll, Telecom or Fleet/Fuel Services
  • Strong prospecting and territory development skills—this is a hunter role
  • A strategic mindset: You plan your week, work your plan, and know how to adapt
  • Professional presence and the ability to articulate the “why” behind your sales approach
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred—or equivalent real-world sales experience
