Role Length: 2 Years
Hourly Pay Rate: $16.75 Per Hour
Location: 200 Dexter Ave, Montgomery, AL 36109
Work Hours: 8am-5pm
Role Description – Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
Bilingual candidates (especially Spanish) are required. Manages large volume of incoming phone calls. Generate sales leads. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. Builds sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication. Provides accurate, valid, and complete customer information. Meets service team sales targets and call management quotas. Manages customer complaints. Provides appropriate solutions and alternatives. Follows up ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions. Files documents. Follows communication procedures, guidelines and policies. Must be able to pass standard background and drug screen.
